Fees vary depending upon the type of case. If a Court orders a specific rate, that rate will apply unless we agree otherwise. For private mediations, the rate is $300 per hour — this rate is typically split evenly between the parties.

I strongly encourage submitting a confidential factual statement about the case prior to the mediation. Advance preparation is key to a successful mediation. I do not charge for my time reviewing your confidential statements.
