Johnston Mediations
About Mediation

Confidentiality
What is discussed in Mediation stays in Mediation — unless disclosure is permitted or required by law. This means you can talk openly about the facts and your perspective without having to worry that information you share will be used against you in the case.
The Process
Mediation is conducted online using the Zoom app. All you need is an Internet connection. So grab a strong cup of coffee and make yourself comfortable. You will be able to speak freely in joint session or in private sessions with the Mediator.

Reaching an Agreement
At Johnston Mediations, we look for creative solutions to tough problems. The parties decide what is best for them — not a judge or a jury you don’t know. On the day of mediation, the parties are in control. If you can reach an agreement, you will leave with the certainty of a result and a signed agreement.
